James Martin to create menus for Thomas Cook
Celebrity chef James Martin is being drafted in to create the menus for Thomas Cook's in-flight meals this summer.
The 'Saturday Kitchen' star is a travel industry veteran having previously worked as the in-house chef for cruise line Ocean Village.
A Thomas Cook spokesman said Martin would bring the kind of added quality that customers wanted.
