How to find Cheap Flights
The Daily Telegraph agrees with us
A recent article from the Telegraph online has confirmed further what we have always thought, that using price comparison sites will not always give you the cheapest flight options. Here is what they said in the recent article by Nick Trend:
"Most of your research is likely to be based around fares, but if you want a comprehensive overview of which airlines fly to and from the airports you are interested in, try flightmapping.com. I really like the clean layout of this site: it’s easy to see what your options are, and it is one of the most comprehensive."

The underlying issue is that if you want to find cheap flights, there is a need to know what all your options are, including your departure airport, an option which most comparison websites assume you know already. Yet would it not be better to find out all your options and not just the ones which are based on your own assumptions about who flies where?
