British Airways (BA) is resuming flights from London Gatwickto Paphos this summer after suspending the route over the winter.

Flights to the popular Cypriot resorts will operate four times a week on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday from March 25 onwards.

Outbound flights from Gatwick will take off at 8.35am, arriving in Paphos at 3.10pm local time. Return flights will leave Paphos at 4.05pm, landing at Gatwick at 7pm.

A BA spokesman said: "It was always the intention of BA to resume the service for the summer; the flights were only stopped last year for the winter season. This route is very important for BA as we see great demand from travellers."
