News: New Southampton to Galway flights for Flybe

Regional budget airline Flybe has announced plans to start flights between Southampton and Galway, from December 16.

The route will be Flybe’s third into Galway as the airline continues its expansion into the Emerald Isle. Flybe already operates flights to Dublin from Southampton. The new Galway flights will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Flybe’s chief commercial officer, Mike Rutter, said: “This route offers choice to customers, bringing exciting destinations directly to people’s doorsteps whilst promoting the growth of regional air travel across the UK.”
