British Airways plans to operate up to 85 per cent of its scheduled shorthaul services and around 80 per cent of scheduled longhaul flights from London Heathrow airport on Saturday August 13, 2005.

Some of the customers who have been delayed for the past day will be able to travel on these flights, whereas other passenger may be transferred to other carriers.

A complete schedule and the expected departure times is available at ba.com.

Customers are advised to check on ba.com before leaving for the airport for the latest information on their flight. Only customers with confirmed reservations for flights today should travel to the airport.

Customers can also contact the airline's special customer services hotline on 0800 727 800.

Flights will continue to have limited catering provisions onboard as British Airways' catering supplier, Gate Gourmet, is unable to offer the airline a full service.

British Airways flights from London Gatwick and other UK airports remain unaffected by this industrial action.
