I absolutely HATE San Juan airport with a passion, but unfortunately have to go through there every now and then as it still has connections to places other airports don't - even with the AA downgrade.

The TSA staff are everything there is that is bad about American arrogance and Latino puffed up macho behaviour - altogether a very unpleasant place to deal with!

Also, no more Virgin flights to San Juan, just BA
