Note -- Martinique and Guadeloupe are classified as French departments, with the same status as Corsica or any other part of mainland France. The Euro is the currency on these islands, and flights from France to Martinique or Guadeloupe are classified as French domestic flights. The French side of St Martin is also part of the Martinique department, although passengers usually arrive through St Martin's Juliana airport (SXM), which is on the Dutch side of the island. The Netherlands Antilles are overseas colonies, with a similar status to British dependencies such as Anguilla or Montserrat. Flights to St Martin are classified as international flights, and are subject to local departure taxes.
