Mahan Airlines are one of the few operators we would have to advise potential passengers to think twice about using.
On February 23 (2006), a Mahan Airlines plane was involved in an incident on approach to Birmingham airport. For legal obvious legal reasons, we can’t go into too much detail. The Air Accident Investigation Bureau are currently investigating the incident. There have been numerous other concerns raised about the safety standards of Mahan Airlines, although it should be pointed out that the aircraft involved in the above incident was leased from, and crewed by, a French company chartered by Mahan Airlines.
