Profile:

Eos offered premium service flights to New York from London Stansted between 2005 and April 2008. Eos used a Boeing 757, which usually carries over 200 passengers, with just 49 flatbed seats. The American airline aimed to fill the gap left in the luxury end of the market left when Concorde went out of service, but could not raise sufficient funds to stay afloat as fuel prices sky rocketed and the credit crunch hit.
