Delta are one of the largest airlines in the world and their main hub is in Atlanta, the worlds busiest airport. From the UK, Delta now offer flights to Atlanta from Edinburgh (starting in May 06) and Manchester as well as London Gatwick. The vast majority of passengers on Delta's flights to Atlanta are continuing onwards to other cities in the USA, although in our opinion, Atlanta airport is a considerable hassle to travel through, especially now that you have to pass through additional security checks on arrival.
