Yes, they are the only airline offering direct flights to the Capde Verde islands from the UK. You will probably be better off booking accommodation with them too, as flight only deals on these medium to long distance routes can often be poor value. There are a couple of airlines doing internal short hops, but it doesn't seem to be as easy to get around as, for example, the Canaries - where you could easily make day trips to and from Tenerife, or where you could fly into one airport and back from a different one.
It isn't something I've done much reasearch into - try Halcyonair or Cabo Verde Express.
