The main airport in Idaho is situated in the state capital Boise, which has connecting flights from major US hubs such as Chicago, Denver and San Francisco. Air service in northern Idaho is very poor, but Spokane just across the border in neighbouring Washington has a reasonable number of onward connections. In southern Idaho, destinations such as Sun Valley, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls and Pocatello have links into Boise or Salt Lake City in Utah, but very few one-stop connecting flights to Idaho are available from the UK.
