Flights to Georgia - overview
Any discussion of finding flights to Georgia has to start with Atlanta, the busiest passenger airport in the world. Regular flights to Atlanta are available from London, Manchester and Edinburgh - see our Atlanta flights page for more details. For other cities in the state, you may have a simple choice between flying direct to Atlanta and picking up a hire car, or continuing onwards from Atlanta on a domestic shuttle flight.
Cities such as state capital Athens, Columbus, Macon and Augusta are all within a three-hour drive of Atlanta, whereas steamy Savannah will take four to five hours to reach from Atlanta in reasonable traffic conditions. Note that there are also quite a few other options for finding connecting flights to Savannah which don’t necessarily take you via Atlanta – see our Savannah page for more details.
The following Georgia airports are featured on our flight listings from the UK. Please note that this list is being upgraded regularly. If you have any questions about finding flghts to Georgia, or any other US State, please do not hesitate to ask in our forum.
Cities in the list below do not necessarily have direct flights from the UK.
