Inverness - Domestic flights summary:
Inverness has seen a massive expansion in its range of domestic flights, which were previously focused around shuttle flights to London and a few local links within Scotland. Regional airline Eastern Airways have recently added Leeds to their portfolio of Inverness flights, complementing their existing route from Manchester and their recently upgraded flights to Inverness from Birmingham. Budget airlines had previously shown little interest in operating flights to Inverness from anywhere outside London until Easyjet launched daily flights from Belfast. Easyjet have cut that initial service to four times a week, but have also launched cheap flights to Inverness from Bristol. No-frills giants Ryanair are planning new flights from Liverpool this October. Fast growing Irish regional airline Aer Arran also operate regular flights from Dublin to Inverness.
