James Says
Haugesund is one of those places that Ryanair can really claim to have put on the map.
Even though it has long been on ferry routes (although sadly the cruise ferry option from Newcastle no longer operates), Ryanair turned it from stoppping off point to destination gateway.
Despite all this, it has unfortunately remained as an option which is only available for London passengers - or at least people living near Stansted.
If you can't find acceptable direct flights to Haugesund, limited connections are available, but these usually take you through Oslo, which itself is not well served from the UK.
You might have more luck looking for flights to Stavanger instead, including the option of cheap flights from Gatwick with Norwegian.
