All international flights to Malta operate into Luqa airport, which is situated on a former air base on the main island of Malta, within easy reach of the capital Valletta. Please see our flights to Malta (Luqa) pages for further details.
The country of Malta includes a total of seven islands, of which Gozo and Camino are the best known. Helicopter flights are available between Luqa airport and Gozo (GZM). Connecting flights to Gozo cannot usually be booked with the main online consolidators (Expedia, Ebookers etc) – you will have to arrange a package tour, or book the helicopter connection separately. There are also boat services providing frequent domestic links within Malta.
