flights summary: Budget airline Iceland Express did briefly offer cheap flights to Akureyri from London Stansted this autumn this winter, but this service is no longer available. There are also limited opportunities to take connecting flights to Akureyri via Copenhagen, or to make internal connections within Iceland, although this will entail a change of airports in the capital Reykjavik. Naturally, a much wider choice is available on flights to Reykjavik, including regional departures from Glasgow and Manchester.
