@Jodatu yes, but this is no standard line. Give it to an existing TOC and all the others will complain they have an unfair advantage
@Jodatu that's why the works are split into different sections. But the train manufacturers should be big enough to take on such an order
@Jodatu I don't think they've got that far yet! Not seen any suggestion about who would actually own or operate the trains
@Jodatu i.e. their projections were wrong, but because of the bias, they used up that 'allownce' and came in 'on time'
